General Registration Conditions

1. To complete the registration process, the receipt of the online registration is imperative.
2. Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment.
3. You can choose to fill in invoice information before registration.
4. After successful registration and payment, you will have access to your invoice in the user area.

Payment Conditions

1. Payments must be settled in RMB or USD.
2. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
3. To benefit from the lower registration fees, all payments must be received by the relevant deadline Mar. 20, 2026 (Beijing time) for Early Bird prices.
4. Discounts granted for early registration will expire if you miss your payment goal.
5. Admittance to the Conference without payment of the registration fee cannot be granted.

Cancellation Conditions

1. Any cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail to apcil9@163.com.
2. For cancellations received by May 27, 2026, 100% refund of registration fee.
3. From May 28, 2026: no reimbursement.
4. All bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Privacy Statement
